- 2 whole chickens sliced in half
- Spice Blend (paprika, chili powder, thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt and pepper)
- ½ cup Vonnie B’s Spicy BBQ Sauce
Preheat the smoker to 250 degrees. Generously season chicken with spice blend. Place the chicken on the smoker and cook until internal temperature is 165 degrees. 20 minutes before done, coat the chicken with 2-3 layers of Vonnie B’s Spicy BBQ Sauce. Serve while hot. Use Vonnie B’s Spicy BBQ Sauce as a dipping sauce.
